If you watch the Planet Destiny video on YT of why you should be excited about TTK it does mention about matchmaking and there are some fixes on the way

Ye looks good all being matchmaking will improve. I had the same today stuck in crappy servers and put in middle of games where the team was losing. In fact I lost most of the games today I think lol
