You forgot to mention the fact that bungie is not going to allow us to upgrade our old gear in the new dlc. They are basically making it obselete.

Yea I think instead of making our gear obsolete, it would be cool if they made a new material like etheric light; it would be made from combining two or three etheric light together to create a material above etheric light for example ( Astral Light ) and that would upgrade our gear to reach its potential and have the stats that of a new piece of gear from TTK would have. What do you guys think ?
