On the contrary... Have you seen Screw Attacks' Goku vs Superman Death Battle 1 and 2?

No magic attacks from batman or kryptonite. Batman may or may not kill Master Chief. Goku already loses to Superman as researched by ScrewAttack. His attacks are not magic. Superman is probably going to win.
