Not sure what you mean by stack.
Soul Rip is the upgrade for Energy Drain that increases Super meter upon a kill with the Melee Ability.
The armor increase provided by The Ram is a totally separate perk.

No - the ram gives extra super from melee kills. The soul rip gives super from melee kills. Do they stack?
