Apparently, others are suddenly having the problem for the first time today, too. Never happened before, but I had it for the first time this evening (Wednesday) when i logged into destiny on PS4. I thought it was my wifi being a pain, so nice to know I'm not the only one - a strict NAT 3 usually means you won't be able to talk or hear others online, though I haven't been able to test that tonight
So after playing destiny after all this time, I don't know why it's suddenly changed overnight

Nat-3 you can still hear people and play just fine. 'Sometimes' you can get a nat-type 3 error stating you cannot talk to someone. Just leaving the party and rejoin will usually fix it. Wireless for me is nat-3, wired is nat-2.

I couldn't talk or hear anyone online, and got messages in destiny and in the PS4 chat dashboard to say it was because of my NAT I finally upgraded to fast fibre-optic and new hub in jan, and the NAT 3 problem was no more. But I've got it tonight for the first time, and it's happened to others too, so something at bungie's end must've changed to cause this I won't be able to test a mic online now till tomorrow, but i hope you're right

I have NAT 2 no matter if wireless or wired. Only Destiny says I have type 3...

Thank god I'm not the only one, I was freaking out earlier. Also i have a very bad ping since a few days, I always had a green, full bar, now I'm yellow and sometimes even red. I hope bungie fixes this.

[Excuse my bad english] I had yesterday (wed - Germany) the same Problem. PS4 says NAT2, Destiny says NAT3. During Gameplay I have no noticeable problems - however, I hadn't a opportunity to test the voice connection/mic.

Ich bin auch aus Deutschland. Also PVP zocken konnte ich ab und zu auch, aber ich habe dennoch seit 5 oder 6 Tagen nur noch gelben oder sogar roten Ping, vorher hatte ich immer grünen... Ich hoffe nachdem die Wartungsarbeiten durch sind ist das wieder besser -.-

Ich hatte gestern "nur" PVE gespielt - alleine. Ein Freund aus der Schweiz hatte am WE ebenfalls massive Probleme... PSN lief - aber kein Destiny. Hoffen wir, dass morgen wieder alles normal ist <seufz>

Ja. Ich war tagelang verzweifelt, hab an meinem Router rumkonfiguriert und 20 mal meinen Provider angerufen und da Stress gemacht, bis ich dann mal gemerkt habe, dass alles andere eigentlich funktioniert^^
