It is. His critspot is a little lower than you'd expect but once you know where to shoot it's easy. As long as noone is using Supers, Grenades or Rockets on him.

ya I know, but you need to land your shots, which is easy to mess up with all the explosions happening in your face. plus that sniper is getting nerfed >< and I'm not saying replenish is amazing, just that it has a use lol
