I'm not in favor of a "kick" option: bad players would never get to play and since there are more bad players than elite, Bungie would have a huge problem on their hands. Plus, my guess is they're just as pissed as you are that they're getting stomped and can't do anything.
But your other point I can't bump enough. It is exactly what Bungie should be doing. Some combo of grouping players based on mode K/D, overall K/D, and W/L ratio and THEN forming teams to balance would let bad players still have fun and let really good players not get stuck with an anchor.
I fall somewhere in the middle, skill-wise, so it doesn't affect me as much. I can play with really good guys without getting frustrated or holding anybody back and can lead the team in points and kills and am aware enough to know that's not always a good thing for the team's chances of winning. But what you're talking about would make everybody's experience better.
I know they do some of that. When I play with my elite friends, we almost always get matched against tougher players than when I run solo. But most players can tell when there are one or two players that obviously don't belong in that match, for better or worse.

I'd support a kick option because if they're a detriment to the lobby then why should they stay? I'm very in favor of either getting better or just quit playing.

Edited by Lots of Dogs: 8/5/2015 5:12:09 PMEasy to say, but how would you propose they get better if they're constantly getting kicked? And they should stay because they paid their money just like you. They should be able to log just as many hours as you do. Can't cater to the best, because they are in the minority. But better skill-based MM, to your point makes everybody happier.
