No proof of starting at 20. But honestly I'm glad about this. Makes it more of a traditional MMO yes, but the idea that your hours put into the game ACTUALLY affect your progression. Less RNG, which means more actual progression in this game rather than dumb luck.
If anyone has problems with this, GTFO. Go play call of duty or something.
