If bungie is smart they will give enough exp to get ppl with lvl 34 chars up to lvl 34.
Imagine not being able to play VOG after the TTK comes out until you lvl up at least 6 times......

It will be amazing, the best thing they ever did, do you imagine farming for the VoG new gear at lvl 27? It will be hard as -blam!-, I can't wait.

People have played it at a challenging lvl....you still can if you put on the right gear.

Not everyone has the time to essentially re-start. If they were to make everyone start from level 20, they might lose more than they gain.
