Hi,
Unfortunately not. Legacy Emblems such as the ones redeemed by Halo games were handed out when Destiny was launched. If you haven't received this emblem now, nothing can be done.

Are these in Destiny? Because I wasn't referring to Destiny.

If you were referring to Legendary or Mythic status, those have been discontinued.

I meant setting my Halo emblem as my B.net avatar.

The only Bungie.net avatars available for use are listed in the "About Me" section of "Settings". If you cannot find the desired avatar among those, it is not available.
