For the first part, pre-ordering TTK will net you early release of the weapon packs (the weapon packs become available to everyone on 1/1/16). It's the SHADER, EMOTE and CLASS ITEM bundle that requires and extra $20. For the second part, yes, those who don't have the game will be able to buy the legendary bundle (vanilla game, both DLCs and TTK) for $60.

Considering shaders and class items are essentially useless to gameplay. As in everything you just listed is only $60 bucks? No $60 for the actual game, like I paid, and then $60 for everything else?

  • The pack is actually 3 emotes (one for each class, no one knows what the exact emotes are), 3 shaders and 3 EXOTIC class items that will feature XP boosts. It's not worth the $20 in my eyes, but its still there for people who absolutely HAVE to have the items (think people that indulge into micro transactions for Madden and iPhone games). And yes, $60 for the whole thing.
