I've have seven messengers yet I have done 200 vanguard dragons in the past week and no hopscotch.

I'm I the same boat I've done so many strikes and I still haven't even seen one drop

Yeah, I have over 200 vg Dragon clears and 30 (recent) PoE clears, haven't seen either.

Took me 246 strikes to get the HP and 248 to get the Dry Rot 32, just keep grinding dude you'll get it eventually
