Yup. It's their own fault for their life choices. There are exceptions, but not many.

Are you saying that if you moved someplace in the US with bad IPS in the area, are you going to quit playing online games or just stick with it as best you can to enjoy your time?

I play with 2 as well, but I hear people complain about "lagswitchers" having less then 25mb connection

I'd rather not play. I've played with a bad connection before, believe me, it's not even worth the time when your lagging all over the place.

I'm normally yellow or red bar, but I still play. I don't lag that much, but when I do it's never the good kind, I can put 10 Thorn shots into a guy and 3 golden gun shots then he can walk up to me and melee kill me in one hit.

That's basically how bad it gets for some people out there, so I still stand by my point, not worth the time to play if you're lagging that bad. Even worse, it's affecting others as well.
