The suros pack, like the red bull taken king quest and I think the vanguard weapons will be available on January 1st for everyone. It is timed exclusivity for those who invest, sort of like how battlefield premium members get their dlc 2 weeks before everyone else.

Screw waiting until January, I have the worst rng drops. I'm getting ttk no matter what the haters on here say. Might as well pre order it and get access to some cool weapons right away.
