Not gonna happen.
When bugie left MS they also left the rights to HALO with MS. So Bungie can only allude to HALO things, which we can see in the Easter eggs.
Actual weapons and armor would have to come via a deal between MS and Bungie. Which .... Yeah not gonna happen.
