I should've said not VERY harmful, which it isn't, especially when compared to other drugs. The negative effects of marijuana aren't that prominent if you don't smoke it that often, is all I meant.

That is very true, however, the risks of it while smoking as a minor are considerably higher than as an adult. Mainly being depression, anxiety and suppressing certain parts of the body and brain from developing at a natural rate. The male brain isn't fully developed (as an average) until you are around twenty one. Thus, if you began smoking when you were thirteen it might take you considerably longer to develop.
