"Heh heh. We'll see about that Gramps..."
[b]Mike stands in a defensive position and waits.[/b]

He is now upon you. He brings his axe down upon you, but your axe blocks it. He then knees your stomach, knocking the wind out of you and sending you stumbling back. He brings his axe back once more for a strike.

[b]Mike raises his axe to block the strike, then proceeds to swing at the man's legs from the ground.[/b]
-
Your counter attack goes as planned, and the gladiator collapses, on of his legs broken and bleeding. He screams in pain as he lies in the dirt.

[b]Mike gets himself up off the ground and stands over the man.[/b] "This is my least favorite part..." [b]Mike raises the axe, then sends it plunging down into the man's skull.[/b]

In a light spatter of blood and grey matter, the opponents skull is caved in on itself. The crowd cheers. "[i]Would you like to leave with 1,000 Credits or keep fighting?[/i]" the announcer asks.

"I'll take another fight."

"[i]Alright.[/i]" After the Pit dog takes the opponent's corpse out of the arena, your weapon is switched to a sledgehammer. The next opponent is a large, burly woman. "You're goin' down, pretty boy!" she growls as she swings here hammer about, lumbering towards you.

[b]Mike picks up the sledgehammer and starts circling to the left.[/b]

She follows where you move, walking faster. As she finally nears you, she trots forwards with her raised hammer and brings it down towards your head.

[b]Mike brings his left hand up with his power glove and blocks the blow with a reversed turbo punch. He pulls himself out from under her sledgehammer, readies his, and swings toward her legs.[/b]

You hit her leg, but it simply wobbles with her blubber and muscle. She laughs maniacally as she tugs her hammer backwards, pulling you past her.

"Crap crap crap-" [b]Mike drops his hammer and scrambles backward. He gets onto his feet and takes a few steps back.[/b]

You manage to move back just in time, as the woman slams the hammer down onto the ground in front of you.

[b]Mike grabs the hammer, pulls himself up, and turbo punches her in the chest. [/b]

The punch knocks her backwards onto the ground, she struggles like an upturned turtle, growling as she flails her limbs trying to hoist her heavy body back up.

"This is gonna be ugly-" [b]Mike grabs a hammer, hoists it over his shoulder and slams it down onto her face.[/b]

In a splatter of brains against dirt, the gladiator is instantly killed. The crowd cheers once more. "[i]Will you leave with 2,000 Credits or continue the fight?[/i]"

"I think I'll take it and leave."

"[i]Alright.[/i]" The exiting gates to Rosskaya open behind you, and 2,000 Credits are uploaded into your virtual wallet.
