Seems kind of dumb, now triple tap is better. They complain about icebreaker campers, well now more will use icebreaker again and camp longer since they upped the charge rate. Good job Bungie, you accomplished the exact opposite of your stated rationale. Same with Gjallarhorn, weaker Gjallarhorn = more Gjallarhorns needed = more discrimination on lfg sites.

If the charge rate is longer then why use it?

1) infinite ammo 2) blackhammer is no longer the alternative for a sniper with infinite ammo. 3) the charge time does nothing to make sniper camping pve less of a viable strategy. 4) they actually nerfed shotguns, so some of those who like to shotgun everything in pve will go back to sniper camping as they made shotgunning more dangerous. 5) weaker Gjallarhorn + weaker blackhammer may make icebreaker more compelling for the exotic slot
