I've got both and there's great games for both. Depends what games you want

I love the vita games because there or more varieties but the 3ds games are really fun too.

There aren't many games being made for vita anymore - certainly not physical games - except as smaller downloadable "indies", though there's probably a few exceptions. The vita hasn't been a big success, but I think it's a great handheld with a fantastic screen However, the 3DS has been far more successful with an ongoing supply of big games alongside downloadable indies and old Nintendo games, etc. And the new version of the 3DS has greatly improved 3D effect So compared to vita, the 3DS does have a continuing, significantly larger, varied selection of games, both big and small
