How Hidden Hand perk work?

I think it makes the hit boxes bigger. So you can technically miss but the games magnetism makes it a hit.

Hidden hand on hand cannons will drag the bullet to the target even though the aim is not on them... look up the planet destiny sniper guide as they work different on snipers.

Increases the hitbox of enemies basically, so you can be less accurate and the gun will fix it for you lol
