I made a post for people to vent and for a hopeful response from Bungie. I didn't expose how to do anything in the OP because I didn't want to spread it further.

How can you ban someone when you don't even know how to fix the issue

They know how to fix it; just like XBOX did, require a minimum MTU to play online... done! And they can easily see your usual network traffic, versus one that is being manipulated using a lower MTU.
