How do people not have all of the chests by now? It takes maybe 30 minutes total to get them

Didn't really feel there was a need to until now. Just found them all a couple days ago to complete the wheel

Never hunted for them, if i came across them while doing stuff I grabbed them. I am missing just 2 of them. When I go hunting for my last 18 ghosts ill get them.
