Except lag and cheaters, rest of those things are just part of game mechanics. Its a year almost, should've been aligned to the game and your sense of "fair".
As for lag switcher/cheater - have only seen in like 1 is 50-100 games on average. And general lag - often its not noticeable unless it gets really maddening, which again is once in a long while, not like always or most games.

Expect to see a lot more this week. You even see it in normal Crucible these days, a lot of punk asses are hosting then dropping their connection speeds intentionally through their console's network settings... I can't believe how many resort to cheating or network manipulation for gains...how is that shit even fun to play with!!! Secondly Bungie isn't doing a damn thing about it, so it's only getting worse... Trials is a great example of this!

Ok I played a few rounds yesterday evening, didn't come across lag switchers or cheaters..maybe one match was lagging for everyone. That said, came across a lot of Thorn, and even a full fireteam with 5 of 6 using Thorn. Funny shit that though was using NLB myself, playing solo as always with other randoms, our side won.
