Bungie already confirmed they don't wanna ban anyone otherwise they won't get to play The Taken King.

This. Sound reasoning.
-
You are 100% correct. The truth is Bungie knows they don't have to do anything or maybe very little and their hardcore base will buy TTK regardless. The hardcore base may even complain some, but they will or already have bought TTK, so Bungie really don't give two shits. They won't ban anyone until TTK drops because banning people now will possibly cost them preorder sales.
-
No they didnt
-
if they dont ban people they will lose more people in the long run. its a really easy choice for bungie to make -choose to ban cheaters more people buy destiny and enjoy destiny PVP and PVE -choose not to ban cheaters more people get frustrated and choose to not buy TTK or any other expansion after it and leave destiny for good i know which one i would choose if i was a developer
-
But then why is everyone still here? I mean, you could make a rage quit post about a formal protest in the former of not play, but the community doesn't give a -blam!-.
-
i came to Destiny with about 60 plus friends all who love PvP 95% of them left the game because of the Iron Banner in January and never came back
-
the community is willing to give bungie one more shot, the taken king is the definition of bases loaded and its strike 2.............. one more strike and thats game.....for a lot of people
-
But a lot, if not most have sunk money into The Taken King. So it's just a case of Bungie showcase the best bits, spin the broken bits and make vague, pseudo acknowledged promises that'll be forgotten, undelivered, or be defended by the community as "They don't have to do anything, stop being entitled".

^^TRUTH^^
-
as much damage control as they do nothing will save them from the retribution of what will come from a third failed DLC especially since its only been 1 freakin year thats bad and bungie knows it.......
-
And have so far gotten away with it. Remember when they said they were happy with VoG and CE and then promised to further fix it. Still not seen the fixes of what they've outlined since.
-
i think they will fix them when people have more need to do them as many people just dont care as much about older raids any more............. i guess thats their ideal
