The only problem I have with MM is the people who are are opting into activities they are not properly leveled for. As long as there are parameters set for activities that is ok. I have no problem helping people with raids but that is if I'm prepared for it. When I'm doing NF and weekly, I have 3 characters I'm trying to get rep for and I want to breeze thru it. I wouldn't be so much in a hurry if the damn RNG Gods with start raising the % of shader drops and I wouldn't be as concerned. But with 3 characters, I don't want to carry 2 level 32s thru 34 NF. Takes way too long.

They should have three main options. Normal: Match me uo with similar level (like the strikes) Veteran: I'm generous, let's help some people who have never done this. Recruit: I have likely never done this and would like a Vet to carry me through. Then some options like mic, good connection, etc.
