How come all videos I ever saw in this forum are from PS3, 4? Can someone explain please

Because the exploit the cheats are using ( and now been banned for ) uses the MTU setting in the playstation network menu to induce lag and make a player invulnerable. The XB1 doesn't allow the same level of configuration and so cannot be abused in this way.

Because Sony unlike Xbox live don't ban ppl for lag switching
