Your best bet is to do all the daily bounties and turn them all in at once.

No. Percentages don't change based on amount of bounties per day.

Yeah I know, it's like pulling a slot machine. You can pull it once per day and try to win or you can pull it six. Technically you would have a better daily chance the more pulls but we are talking about rng. I have had a few dozen exotic bounties drop and 90% came from multiple turn ins. Had a few drop by turning in one Eris bounty.

Yes and no. I think you understand. More attempts equals more chances to attain goal, but percentage remains the same.
