I always thought that fragment was the travellers thoughts no offense meant but was that considered

You get the information for some Grimoire cards from ghost fragments, but these ghost fragments hold information from other sources, not necessarily the Traveler.

True but dreams of alpha lupi always has different POV I thought and read ghost fragment: ghosts

The information is originally from Alpha Lupi for those Grimoire cards. The information was absorbed by the ghosts at some point afterwards, before being collected by guardians.
