My question is how often does it actually change the outcome of a game. For me it almost never does so I have no problem with getting more kills.

I once had a match that was 4-4 with it being a 1v1; my teammate killed the other guy but was very low on health, and the other guy self-resed and killed my teammate with one grenade. They won, flawless ruined. But that's what that perk is for so, I'm fine with it.

That's my point. It sucks when it does make you lose a match like that but it's rare for that to happen.
