I have one. Don't buy into this crap. It is a shitty rocket launcher. Sure it can get good perks but it has zero blast radius and couldn't kill someone unless you get a direct impact.

Hence it being better for large single targets during arc/void burns then any other rocket. If you prefer crowd control or more usability in other situations, see Gjallarhorn, Radegast, Ash Factory, etc.
