I liked them all tbh. Gears 2 was my favourite overall though 3 was good too.
I am looking forward to revisiting Gears again when Ultimate edition comes out as the beta was a blast and plays more like 3 than the original Gears. I like the look of Gears 4 and I am excited to play it.

I liked 2 but online was so spotty. Which is what I loved about the franchise, along with the characters. For Gears 4 I'm curious to see where the story goes. I want to see more gameplay on it for sure, but it will be a must buy regardless.
