Sounds like you had some connection issues, or someone on the other team may have been performing an exploit. I recommend using the in-game tools to report any suspicious behavior. Although it may have simply been bad luck. Sadly the Mercy of Osiris does not protect against losses suffered due to disconnection. This is to keep players from manually causing network problems to avoid getting losses. Although it sounds like it was only you so it seems your Dad should still have the potential to go flawless.
