Because the run of the mil States that 3 years and above is oldfoman. Only problem is the oldfomans that are up their asses keep raises the number to keep their Aryan race pure. It's 3 years accept it.

It's 5 years. There's a reason years 1-4 have grey bars or whatever they're called and years 5+ have colours. You're grouped with the new guys. Accept it.
