Oh Lordy!
I've seen Bungie reply to things about the t-shirts, and I believe you have to contact the Bungie store.

I tried using the contact form. Didn't even get any form of notification to say that my query had been sent. No confirmation email to say they received it, nothing. I know it's not Bungies fault, it's those pesky assholes over at customs.
