  • I tried using the contact form. Didn't even get any form of notification to say that my query had been sent. No confirmation email to say they received it, nothing. I know it's not Bungies fault, it's those pesky assholes over at customs.

    Well let's hope even a mentor sees this and can pass it alone to an employee. Only the seller can do something about something like this so they really need to help you.
