Destiny has ways to ban players for a short while and thats for those players that cheat and cheese in iron banner and stuff, but i had a player harrassing and cursing my clan members out. Thats def cause for a ban or temporary ban.

Yeah because tackling harassment would be to harras that said person back with retribution. Block him and be done with it. Simple as that.
