45 Crota hard kills and still no Crux
So I've collected every single exotic in the game except one, that being the Nechrochasm. I've killed Crota on hard 45 times and still haven't even sniffed a crux, having only ever seen two drop one going to my friend on only his second kill and he doesn't even have a Husk. I got a mythoclast after about 10-15 kills. So my question is why does the RNG hate me on this particular weapon when the only exotic I've had to buy from Xur was a Suros.

Tired of grinding that strike, errrrr, raid hoping to get a drop. Bungie and RNG are LAZY....

Got mine within 10 I believe idk you can check my destiny status page for crota hard completions. Still no bh, voc, or vex tho. Stupid rng has given me 3 gallys in the past 2 days. Crap doesnt make any sense

I think i got mine around around the 50th time and havnt played crota again since. Now just need a damn gally. 1000+ hrs lots and lots of raids 650+strikes and 3x nightfall every week. All pre HoW exotic at least 8 time with getting vex, ib, tl and tlw at least 15 time each and 0 gally. Im convinced that certain weapons are either not on people's loot tables or have a decreased drop rate so bungie can keeps us grinding keeps us coming back to get that last weapon .

Wow that sucks man. Group I rolled with I swear, three at one time got crux. On average a least 2 people got it. I find there is always that one weapon that is hard to get in each raid. Black hammer and fate bringer were my hard ones. Eventually I got them so keep trying. If one xbone add me up. I'll help. Gt same as above.

And no u do not have to wear glowhoo just have it in inventory and it doesn't matter if u do hard mode first or last. Got it again the other night and did easy mode first and no glowhoo equipped. Don't even need the husk to get crux. Farm the fist of crota for the husk took about three hours to get it to drop.

2 RepliesYou have to go straight into hard mode first no normal mode warm up. You must also wear glowhoo the whole time. Ive seen it drop every time that way.

Necro is garbage who cares, what u have to go through to get the thing and then lvl it up its just not even worth it. It's like rapidly firing rubber bands at a enemy with a chance to get one of them to explode. It just takes up space in my vault hoping one day it will be worth using. PvP or PvE its a pile of scat.

I got mine on the 2nd hard run. I was wearing the glowhoo shader dont know it for real but someone told me u have to wear it to get the crux.

Hang in there bro. I have been on a longgggg Destiny hiatus up until two nights ago. All of my friends got multiple Cruxes before I got any, and after several completions I gave up and stopped playing. Picked up two nights ago when my friend and I started trying to two-man raid. And on my third and final attempt for the week last night, my Titan finally got the Crux. Just be persistent, and the Necrochasm will come!

Next time you do it equip the glowhoo shader and the Crotas end emblem. I did that and I got the crux.

I got the crux before the vex it took me 57 hard VoG runs and 17 hard crota runs for the Crux
