All participants have to fight in accordance with Queen Arena Mandate version 4.4 (all previous mandates obsolete) 7th Revision (we all remember the fiasco following the 6th revision where all occurrences of the word 'Shank' were printed as 'Queen's Douchebag Brother'), abridged, post Servitor Addendum (which states Servitors will feed snacks to all fans watching any arena fight between more than two races, and the Pilot Servitor is head referee as long as his team of judging officials is entirely comprised of races other than Fallen).
