In my opinion, the first random perk is a throw-away, go for whatever you want. What you really should be rolling for are braced frame in the middle column (lower mag size, increased stability) and headseeker for the final perk. I did a lot of re-rolling and testing with my pilgrim and found that headseeker offers the most consistent damage buff in pvp. Braced frame makes it so there's virtually no kick when you press the trigger, making landing headshots super not a problem. You can probably do well with other perks, but as someone who plays pvp a lot, headseeker and braced frame are the clearly superior options and will make the H.Scotch P.Grim into an S tier pvp weapon; landing consistently easier headshots from the maxed out stability granted by braced frame (as well as the increased headshot damage from getting body shots) basically ensures that I don't lose in 1v1 thorn fights and every other gun that's worse. The only thing it struggles against is shotguns (obviously), talented snipers, and the last word (within TLW's optimal range). Hope this helps.

  • Thanks for the input! Rolled Feeding Frenzy, Smallbore and Headseeker. Haven't had the chance to try it a lot, but it feels really good to use in both pve and pvp.
