I saved the first scout rifle I ever bought from the vanguard weapons supplier, the A1F19X-RYL. I had an extra ethiric light so I leveled it from 300 to 365. Holy crap it hits like a sledgehammer, and with firefly and the 27 round clip field scout gives it, it's better than just about any scout rifle you can get now. I can't wait to give it a run in iron banner. I would be all for your idea. The old weapons really were the best.
