You do realize there are 700,000 (at maximum) missing and unaccounted for people in the USA alone nearly EVERY year and NO ONE knows why or what is happening to them right? (Originally improperly cited as 7 million sry my bad on that)
Also nation wide homicide solve rate is 45% so nearly 55% of every murder goes UNSOLVED
Those are both BETTER reasons for eliminating police than 1 officer killing a baby,
55% of all KILLERS go free in USA weather they are a police officer or a citizen
In 1970 murder solve rate nation wide was 65% so police have gotten WORSE at their jobs too
Not sayin its right or wrong or justified or anything like that jus posting data that is slightly MORE relevant to the reason we dont need police as you say and that they are a problem more than a benefit

Edited by DarthBrando: 7/21/2015 9:49:17 PMYea ok sry was off by 1 decimal point its 700,000 with the homeless plus missing persons reports per year at the maximum and not the average my bad on that Murder solve rate is still only 45%
-
Still too large.
-
Homeless population fluctuates between 200,000 and 1.6million (highest recorded) Missing persons cited by the USATODAY article cited from national missing persons report is 90,000 roughly at any given time

http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation-now/2014/09/23/missing-persons-children-numbers/16110709/ And thats JUST the people THAT HAVE PEOPLE looking for them Add that to the entire homeless population Homeless people are missing people cuz by definition they have NO PLACE to be or to go
