The Hand Cannon in Bioshock Infinite and The Maggie from Borderlands 2 are also a worthy contenders, in my opinion, but I voted for the CE Magnum. So satisfying!
Also love me some Boltok in Gears.

Eh, I was tempted to include the Bio1 pistol for its versatility. The Paddywhacker never grabber my attention, although I think it did have the ability to pop heads. Don't remember much special about the Boltok either.
