Any update on this issue yet? I lost count of how many attempts I have made

Hi, sad I know but I grinded this 397 times trying to drop this weapon. I even commented on the forums and I was reassured it would drop if I kept trying. Sadly it never did drop due to the bug. I would've grateful if you could put one in my post master condiering how hard I have tried to obtain one. I have two crux ready to go!
