You can permanently stagger bosses if you are good with it. How is that not OP?

But it outlaw doesnt regen full ammo to the clip it just lets you fire without reloading

if you are good, then you can do this with a outlaw/FS Spear, and do it with better aim assist and better scopes. Lets get the nerf stick out for Spears while we are at it?

No you can't: Outlaw only triggers on precision [i]kills[/i], so you'd have to have already killed the boss to get a fast reload from it.

You can easily do it with spray and play + special weapon gauntlets.
