Shank Burn
I got a rocket launcher about a month ago via judgements chance that's void and deals extra damage to shanks. It has become my go to rocket launcher when I am in a tight spot. I'm not even mad about not having a gally. This rocket is so great.
I don't really know how I made I through destiny without it.

I agree OP. Why have a gally when you can have a rocket launcher made for shanks? If only I had that rocket launcher (when you first started the HoW's mission and you had to fight those elite shanks) maybe then I wouldnt have died a bazillion times. But now I see why they restricted it. Good on you bungie for keeping things balanced.

does anyone even need a gally? its not like 35 or anything under it is difficult =\ especially now that the burns have been taken off and only buff you....
