I feel like the vex is going to suffer a lot after this patch, no point in using it.
If I had to choose an exotic... probably Red Death.
Thorn, looks like it will become a pretty decent PVE gun(thanks to the stacking of the DOT, 1/3 damage, but can stack 5 tomes, equals stringer than ever against PVE enemies), which is fine by me.

The vex has just gotten worse and worse for PVP every oatch, and with the changes that they are making to fusion rifles (which will affect the Vex) I can't see it being viable. Maybe I'm wrong though.

Hopefully it won't cause right now vex is right where it should be, quick to kill when a gd player uses it yet not fully op

What scares me is the changes for fusions based on charge time. Since vex has such a high charge time... I don't know what will happen.
