You clowns that are quitting don't realize new weapons are coming......
Yes, you people quitting because of weapons are clowns. You're unaware of how MMO type games work. You will grind for even better weapons in 2.0. They don't give the best weapons in the first year and call it a day; there will be more. Those new weapons will be obsolete at some point and others will come out, enjoy the ride.
Edit: The whole clown thing... I have a really good friend who quit this game because he didn't get a Ghorn yet. Guess what? I called him a clown as well ;)

As far as the weapons nerf. My issue with it is not the nerf itself but the lack of realizing that some players have better skill than others. And the thorn and last word are only as good as the player using them. If you can aim with either one. There useless. And if 90% of players in trials use thorn. There is balance. That's when the truly skilled players who use the thorn will shine . I can't speak on gallyhorn. I don't have it. I've had the last word and dismantled it. I couldn't use it

I'm not quiting. I've spend to much time in this game. But i won't buy the new dlc until much later. There's to much competition coming out and currently out in the game world. If I have time and other games aren't Keeling me occupied. Then I will get the new dlc. Buy it won't be right away

Just saying they technically did put out the the best weapons in the first year *cough* *cough* VoG weapons. Must people that quit Destiny i wouldn't call them clown bcz the game was not providing the right content. Me however I think its a fascinating game and I would love to see how it grow. But I am taking a BREAK from Destiny because there is nothing left for me to do except to get the last two exotics I need which is Dregs Promise and Necrochasm. That is my opinion.

2 RepliesThat's where they did make a bit of a mistake. That's why they are nerfing the guns. They did make them a bit to good so they need to back peddle a bit! With that note, I love this game and I'm not going anywhere!

1 ReplyI think it's the way that Bungie decided to do the Tuning that makes this a hard pill to swallow. If they had addressed the actual weapons that needed a nerf prior to this then I think a good part of the community would have been ok with the changes and looking forward to TTK weapons. Their only redemption now imo, would be to release information on some of the exotics so that players have something positive to look forward to and to change what is currently being talked about. As much as Bungie has disappointed in year one I have a small amount of hope left that they will get something right with TTK.
