Not to pee in your cereal but shoulder charge is an Arc Ability with or without the greaves....

I'm aware of that, but the bonus damage from peregrine greaves stacks with arc burn, brawler and airborne, resulting in massive damage

Oh I've no doubt. I believe what'd make them really worthy us if they allowed us to shorten the time it takes to build up shoulder charge. To me, that's more useful than trying to be Super Mario, heh.
