Hello,
In all honestly, probably more damage to Fallen, or Stun Captains.
Shank Burn, Dreg Burn, Vandal Burn are near useless.
Suppress a Captains Abilities is nice, but stunning them just does a bit more.

Okay. Now I have a chain of orbiks-fel (the LMG) and I have one with Shank Burn and the other with Vandal Burn. Which one of those two is the best?
