U may be 16 but if any parental controls are active even if your birthday attached to account says you are 99 years old the parental controls still over ride your account, talk to your parents

Thanks for answering, but all those parental stuff are already authorized, allowed and restriction turned off, on the system security settings and my parents master account! I seriously don't know what more to do.

The game is M rated so appart from an exception for that game and allowance, unless the actual 18+ parental control is disabled u will have the problem

Pegi 16 often gets confused with M or pegi 18 rating in usa esrb cuz in states we have M and T for teen (teen being 13+)
