As it turns out, Bungie is actually unable to restore Guardians, weapons, gear and progress. I would highly suggest that you make sure you have your Xbox Live or PSN account locked down with security settings as I would be more concerned regarding that if you have any personal information attached to it. As for your Destiny progress, you will simply have to re-earn the items that you lost during this.     That's bullshit, I know of at least two people that had their accounts altered in a similar way and while they didn't get their gear back they were compensated. If you can't give me my shit back then at least give me a reason to keep playing this game, because right now it's not worth the time of day. And of course personal information was the first priority, but that's already been taken care of. I wouldn't trust this company with my personal info if they paid me money, too many problems with security and no sympathy or willingness to help anyone who's victimized by this crap.
